Homestead Name Reveal.

ree

After a lot of thinking, brainstorming, and planning our new homestead name came to us.

A little background: Our new homestead consists of our family + my mom, stepdad, & my "nanny goat" (my grandmother who is a hoot when it comes to homestead life).

But after brainstorming for weeks we came up with the name,

*DRUMROLL PLEASE*

"Twin Pines Homestead"

Twin (Obviously because our world revolves around these twin boys we are raising up)

Pines (Pine trees have been ordered! They thought they were buying 500, instead, 1,000 were bought! So expect to see us planting plenty of pines, a lot of you were curious about Christmas trees! We plan on planting a ton of fir trees that remind me of Christmas trees around the borders, but also I want to plant some actual Christmas trees to use and sell later on.)

It may take us a year or two to really get things how we want them, but this is all a work in progress for us to all experience together! You included!

So how will things work with balancing Lady of the Farm & Twin Pines?

I will be starting a Facebook page specifically for Twin Pines, but as far as blog posts, daily life, twins, & the like, you can still find it all here. Lady of the Farm is more personal for me. Twin Pines will be more of a business/DIY How to homestead guide.

I hope to see you all come along for the journey and learn+grow with us!

-Lady of the Farm.
